Oh great. What's next, wearing slacks? Sunglasses? Seems like Officer Fiduccia is a little vague on the importance of this symbol. Perhaps it just means that people dress in clothes without necessarily intending to mean anything specific?
Chicago Police: White T-Shirt New Gang Symbol
Forget all that talk about gang colors. Police in Chicago say the plain white T-shirt is the latest in gang-member attire.Sergeant James Fiduccia calls it “urban camouflage” adopted by gang members who want to blend in while they sell their drugs. Fiduccia -- who works for Chicago's Gang Intelligence Section -- says the white T-shirt is being sported by several different gangs when members are doing business. And he says officers watching a recent picnic of suspected gang members saw 400 to 600 people, all wearing white.
