I love this tyoe of art, somewhat installation, but not quite, neon-colored, if only the underpass under (again?) the Santa MOnica Freeway were as attractive instead of painted in the yellow-beige I call ca-ca yellow spread in the poorer Greater Los Angeles, tags strewn on its walls, none of them political, most gang-related. People should be able to take pictures, especially at the very expensive NYC MOMA.
