I saw the top one at Flickr, I belive--and mistook the fountain spigots for birds!
Beautiful site you have here. Maybe you can contact the CPAG (Chicago Public Art Group) for artist info regarding the mural. They organize most of the public art in the city. :-) If I hear of anyone involved I will let ya know.
