Dover Sole

a recent meal, in all of its individual parts. The dover sole is a very delicate fish, and came out delicious. Sort of fell apart as I plated it however. Would certainly make a similar dish again, though perhaps with either a different fish, or perhaps bake it instead of sauté.

To me, a near perfect blend. Two parts gin, 1 part rosso vermouth, 6 drops of bitters, and two ice cubes. Yumm. Is 2 pm (when I'm uploading this) too early in the day? It is Friday after all....

to be used as a sort of crust for dover sole. Should have used shallot and garlic, but oh well. My dining companion has some temporary dietary restrictions to comply with.

Dover sole with a home-made nut flour experiment. Not perfect, but worth attempting again in the future.
