This Blackbird lunch was a goodbye with 2 of her girlfriends. They had Chard, Pinot Noir, sturgeon, bouillabaisse, short rib burger, sorbet, olive cake and doughnut.

Thanks, Marie. So, there isn’t any confit to be had in Springfield? I don’t know that I’ve ever had it, looked it up today, and it sounds a bit gross.

I must admit to looking up the menu after I saw your photo. I chuckled. Then I stopped chuckling when realized I’ve lived in a small town just way too long.

You really did good with these photos. Very impressive. Very excellent.
