		<description>Heh.  I think proficient isn't the word for it. :)  I am definitely getting a lot better at the chords and rhythms.  I had never played many jazz chords, so I had to train my left hand to finger 6+9 chords, augmented and diminished chords, and other shapes I wasn't used to.</description>

		<description>GM needs new leadership that is not committed to old Lock-ins if it is going to ever be a viable competitor.  Only someone from outside the industry will be able to implement necessary Disruptions and create White Space that will allow GM (or Ford or Chrysler) to address long-term shortcomings. 		<description>The nice thing about it is that it’s self-priming. With mine I have to run water out of both the filter holder and steam wand before using it to get rid of air in the system. When mine dies (or maybe before) I plan to get the DeLonghi.</description>
