Nothing potentially says "howzabout it?" quite like classical music. Yet most seduction-oriented classical compilations are either too prim or based on some ridiculous premise that places impossible demands on orgone-stingy composers. (Given current marketing trends, Sixty-nine to Schubert might appear any day now.) Classical boudoir bait's effectiveness hinges not on the gentleness so often embodied by the aforementioned comps, but on rich melodies and lush harmonies — whether played by a solo pianist or a full orchestra. While "gentle" certainly has a place in any worthy classical seduction strategy, a little "volcanic" never hurts, either. Meticulously field-tested for maximum return, the entries in this, one of the dirtiest Dozens, usually focus on specific works or movements simply as a matter of convenience; they hardly scratch the surface of eMusic's voluminously voluptuous holdings. Explore, experiment and most importantly, listen. As Jean Baudrillard once wisely observed, you can't seduce anyone until you've first seduced yourself.

Like previously noted, am seriously not impressed with this software, which obviously sucked up many hundred engineer hours at one of the largest software companies at the world, am not impressed with the overall clunkyness of the simplest tasks.  I'm sure there will be all sorts of typos in this entry, and I jsut don't give a fuck. Why should there be a long lag between my fingers dancing on the keyboards like Cortez across the water and my clunky prose on the screen? Reminds me of Word 6.0 on a Quadra. Blech.

 

Perhaps blogging is not its primary function, and was just tacked on at the end of the product testing cycle, before the merger? Now, it is slightly better than typing directly into the google/blogger window, but not by much.

To be brutally honest, the freeware Flock workds better than this software whcih shall remain nameless.

 

Strange also, I have my blog set to email me all new entries, and te first email from a test post says
